Features of our Big Island Vacation Rental
Rarely found, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa features ocean views from all the bedrooms. Situated along an unusually wide green belt, you'll enjoy privacy unfound anywhere in the complex. Beds consist of a king in the Master suite, 2 twins (which can be brought together upon request) and a queen. There is also a tempru-pedic style queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Beautifully appointed, the master suite boasts a king size bed along a natural grass wallpapered wall. There is a wall mount TV and DVD player offer evening entertainment.
The bath features a Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and dual sinks. There is also a large walk-in closet.
The middle bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, large mirrored closet and a beautiful hand carved hono (turtle) teak bench. Perfect for kids!
The corner bedroom is bright and cheery with a queen size bed, dresser and side chairs.
In the living room you'll find a large wall mount TV, DVD player, sofa, chairs to relax with family and friends. There is a large glass dining table that seats 6 comfortably. This unit has been beautifully decorated with natural grass wallpaper.
The Kitchen is well appointed. The large blender is ideal for blending up a cool tropical refreshment. Automatic coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker are just a few of the many amenities you'll find in the kitchen. The side by side full fridge offers filtered water and an automatic ice maker.
Enjoy a casual dining experience in the kitchen at one of the bar stools while enjoying your vacation. Or dine al fresco your private lanai while watching the sunset and grilling dinner on the gas BBQ.
Hali I Kai has lots to offer outside the villa. You'll enjoy unsurpassed quality and service at the private Ocean Club restaurant. Members and guests only! Here you can enjoy a beautifully prepared meal poolside or one of Craig, the bartender's signature Mai Tai's. The multilevel, saltwater swimming pool has it all. The waterfall and lush tropical plantings make this nothing short of unique. Need to melt the stress away? Try a dip in the salt water, sandy bottom Jacuzzi. There is also an exercise pavilion where you can enjoy the ocean view while working up a sweat on treadmill, bike or elliptical. There is a tennis court and basketball court located only a short walk across the drive from the villa.
